I’m Shauna McQueen, registered dietitian, trained chef, and educator who’s spent over a decade helping people rediscover the joy of food through hands-on experiences.

I’ve taught classes at culinary schools, functional medicine practices, festivals, and corporate offices — and now I’m sharing my full blueprint to help other professionals do the same.
