I’m Shauna McQueen, MS, RD — a registered dietitian, trained plant-based chef, and lifelong teacher. I’ve spent more than a decade helping people connect with food in a way that feels joyful, approachable, and sustainable.

Over the years, I’ve taught everything from yoga and mindful eating workshops to corporate wellness classes and hands-on cooking demos. No matter the setting, I’ve seen the same truth again and again: real transformation happens when people learn to cook.

That’s why I created Food School - to give nutrition professionals the tools, confidence, and structure to bring cooking into their own practices. Through The Cooking Class Blueprint, I share the exact frameworks, menus, and lessons I’ve developed so you don’t have to figure it all out on your own.

When I’m not in the kitchen, you’ll usually find me experimenting with sourdough, chasing after my baby daughter, or exploring new flavors with my family in Westchester, NY.
